This program is designed to help those who are suffering mild anxiety or depression type symptoms or feel they are struggling with motivation, self care, self worth or managing feelings or emotions.
Over the 16 weeks we will change your perspective in relation to anxiety and/or depression. We will address your triggers and give you tools to manage your own feelings and emotions. And, we will implement workable strategies to overcome and maintain balance within your own mental wellbeing.
